Roti is a very well known dish among all the other main dishes in India. The majority of people
in India love to eat roti instead of rice. Roti goes very well with many dishes starting from

Ingredients
One cube paneer 400 to 500 gram, sliced green chillies, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato pure 2
cups, cream as required, salt as required, coriander, sliced red bell pepper and paneer masala

Cooking method
Take a kadhai and heat it along with butter. After it is heated, add chilli and stir for 2 minutes,
then add the onion and stir till it's transparent. Add the mix of garlic and ginger crushed into the
mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now stir well to mix all the ingredients to mix them well till onion
is soft. It is very important to stir, or the bottom can burn ruining the recipe as well as then
fragrance.

After the onion is soft add tomato puree and stir well to mix with all the ingredients, you can
cover it in between stirs. Cook until the whole mixture volume is reduced to half. After 10
minutes or so when the volume is reduced, add coriander powder along with paneer masala.
Stir well to make paneer masala mixed up with every part and then add the red bell pepper, stir
for 2-3 minutes. After 3 minutes, add the salt and let it rest for 5 minutes with occasional stirs.

After 5 minutes, add the cream in round shape, so it is equally distributed, and stir it along with
all the mixture. When the cream is mixed, and orange colour is formed, add the paneer cubes
and cook for 30 minutes to soften the paneers, when the paneer is soft place it in a bowl.
Garnish with Cilantro or Coriander and serve with Roti or Naan which are very easy to make

Kofta is a very well-known dish with roti or naan. There are many types of kofta that can be
seen in India, with different ingredients, different cooking methods. Kofta can be made with

water as required, garam masala powder, low-fat cream, chopped coriander leaves, fenugreek
leaves, salt.

Cooking method
To make the kofta, you will need to chop all the vegetables with a chopper. Take all the
chopped and crushed vegetables such as cauliflower, green peas, capsicum, cabbage, etc. in a
bowl and mix them very well. Drain the extra water and add grated cheese or paneer along
with chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, besan, and
salt and mix them very well making a mash. Make small size balls and fry them in oil and kofta is
ready.

Heat a pan along with ghee or butter. Add cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamoms, mace and stir all of
them for a few minutes. Add the onion paste, with a pinch of salt to quick the process. Then
add tomato puree, cashew paste, turmeric, chilli powder when the onion is golden. Add curd
and stir until the oil is released from the sides. Then add some water along with salt and koftas
and stir very well when it is mixed add garam masala and Kasuri methi. Then after 2 minutes stir
and garnish with coriander.
