Matka murgh dahiwala is a fragrant and delectable chicken curry dish that uses dahi or yogurt as a souring agent. The base gravy comprises of whole & powdered spices and sauteed onions. Which goes well with paratha.
This chicken curry recipe is a staple for Lahoris. The inclusion of potatoes makes it hearty and a wide assortment of spices delivers complexity. Was excellent with stuffed naan and garlic naan.
Jhinga lasooni tawa
Lehsuni Jhinga is a tangy, tasty dish that can be served as a main with a salad or as a side dish to a more elaborate meal.
Subz Dum Briyani
Saffron flavoured basmati rice cooked with fresh vegetables with cardamom, coriander and royal cumin powder, bay leaves and cinnamon brewed with spices garnished in fried onion was a delicious and yummy Briyani.
Murgh Afghani Tikka
Murgh Afghani is an exotic chicken dish cooked in a unique style. Here chicken pieces are stuffed in spicy and tasty mixture of minced chicken, egg and spices. It contains blend of seeds and then grilled in the oven.
Hari Tikki is a delicious and tempting starter. It is a healthy vegetarian version of kebab with a tasty blend of ingredients .
Marinated and deep fried fish with Amritsar spices was an awesome dish..
Jhinga Dum Briyani
It is made up of layers of fragrant, long-grained Basmati rice and prawns cooked in a delicious blend of whole and powdered spices, cooked to perfection.
It’s assorted of varieties of chicken kebab. Too delicious and juicy chicken.

Chicken mince cooked with garlic, green chilli, crushed black pepper, olive oil, garnished with chopped basil leaves was exotic dish..
Murgh Afghani boti kebab
As the name suggests, the meaty kebab is the brainchild of Afghanistan. Heavily marinated in a creamy yoghurt marinade seasoned with an array of spices and flavouring agents, the kebab is a juicy dish that can be cooked to perfection on a pan, in a tandoor, or even in a barbecue grill. The kebab is an excellent appetizer.
Murgh Yakhini shorba
The soup has a simple and perfect taste and goes well before your meals. This soup originated from Kashmir and is mostly consumed in North India.
Fresh corn kernels blended with mashed cottage cheese skewered and grilled in the tandoor infused with coconut milk powder and black salt. It’s too juicy kebab.
Tamatar ka shorba
this soup is completely different from the regular tomato soup. Shorba is a thick and spicy version of either a vegetable or meat gravy which has a soup-like consistency.
Tandoori mushrooms marinaded in olive oil, ginger garlic paste, red chilli and tandoor Spices charcoal grilled in clay oven.
Fresh Berry Mojito
Mixed Berry Mojito made with fresh blackberries, strawberries, mint, lime and rum. Was an amazing and refreshing drinks with beautiful presentation.
Lemongrass iced tea
It’s most refreshing iced tea. Lemongrass is one of my favorite Thai flavors which makes this tea more flavorful.
Fresh lime soda
This soda was “the supreme quencher of colonial thirst” in India.

Overall ambience, service, music, food and staffs were too good. Enjoyed a lot today with my yummy food and also Sheesha Sky lounge gives you a perfect delectable getaway that you will cherish for a long time.
