Murgh Afghani Tikka
Afghani Chicken is a famous dish up in north made with mild spices and paste of cream and Cashew nuts.Mainly it is white in color, has little color because of barbecue and it is done medium rare which means it is super juicy and melting soft inside.
Murgh Kadai Peshawari
Peshawari Karahi is a specialty of Peshawar, Pakistan. I was in love with the aroma, the taste it was a treat for the tongue. Which goes well with garlic naan and cheese garlic naan.
Paya soup or shorba is a flavourful clear soup made with lamb trotters which too soupy and tasty.
Shahi Palak Shorba
Palak Shorba is a healthy soup recipe made with turnip and spinach. This nutritious shorba has the goodness of spinach.
Murgh Gilafi Seekh
Gilafi Sheek Kebab is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side-Dish. Chicken mince mixed with fragrant Indian spices, nuts and cheese, finished with a Gilaf of Onion ,Tomatoes and Capsicum accompanied with Onion Laccha Salad and Spicy Mint-coriander-yogurt chutney.
Murgh Tama Khurchan
The khurchan is made by combining vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes etc) with strips of tandoori chicken. The dish is cooked on the tawa and unlike butter chicken (also made with tandoori chicken) actually tastes of the chicken and not of cream, butter and tomato puree. It is in my opinion at least a far superior dish.
This is basically a healthy and yummy snack in which button mushrooms along with few other assorted veggies are marinated in a masala and later grilled traditionally in a tandoor clay oven to get that smokey flavor.
This is a fantastic vegetarian grilled mushroom recipe from Alfred Prasad. Tandoor-grilled portobello, shiitake and oyster mushrooms with pickled onions and diced beetroot make for an exciting combination.
Murgh Tandoori Sheesha
Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices in a tandoor. Outstanding dish.
Dal Khichdi is Indian subcontinent delicacy in which rice, dal(lentils) are cooked along with some veggies and served with pickles.
Hara Bhara Salad
Complete nutrition at one plate. Hara Bhara Salad is prepared with cucumber capsicum coriander green chili lettuce leave. Spring onions mint leaves. Seasoned with some lemon juice salt black pepper olive oil dressing and served chilled.
Gosht Dum Briyani
Gosht Dum Biryani is a popular Mughlai recipe made with lamb, basmati rice, yogurt, onions and melange of spices was super tasty Briyani.
Kheer or Firni is a pudding, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk and sugar with one of the following: rice, broken wheat, tapioca, vermicelli, or sweet corn. It is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashews, pistachios, almonds or other dry fruits and nuts was too delicious dessert.
This is one of the favorite dessert. Gulab jamun are soft delicious berry sized balls.
This is our favorite Virgin Piña Colada recipe. It’s smooth, creamy & made with coconut milk. It’s a great drink to make on a warm day.
Also tried sky lounge punch, fresh lime soda and Melon mash-up was an amazing and refreshing drinks.
