Garage Inc. Public House, Colaba is an ideal place to unwind after work over some pub grub & quirky drinks. A rustic decor with dim lighting, wooden chairs & tables, the vibe of the place is a relaxed one. The pictures framed on the walls tell the tale of how great ideas mostly begin in a garage. The lengthy menu offers popular favourites from a variety of cuisines like Asian, Continental and Indian.
What we tried –
Caramelised Chilli Lotus Stem – Loved every bite of it. Crispy, crunchy and so yummy.
Sichuan Chilli Paneer – Melt-in-mouth paneer with the right amount of spiciness.
Clear Soup – well, you can’t really go wrong with a clear soup.
Dragon Noodles – a great portion of sweet, tangy and spicy, well cooked noodles.
Ghar Ka Khana – Rice with some amazing dal and flavourful sabzi.
Nutella Cheesecake – This is a must must try!! The combination of nutella & cheese was just heavenly.
Daarsan – Fried flat noodles tossed with honey & sesame served with ice-cream. Absolutely droolicious.
My friend tried 2 of their signature cocktails, which she claims were totally mind blowing.
Benarsi – A vodka based concoction with a distinct flavour of the banarsi paan.
Moondust – A fine blend of Tequilla with activated charcoal, watermelon and edible silver dust.
If in & around Colaba, pay this place a visit. Totally worth it.
