Venthaya dosai with palak chutney

Spinach chutney made with roasted urad dal and chana dal is very delicious , and i love eating as well as good in looking. It can be served along vendaya dosa… It’s also called as sponge or cotton dosai.

Vendaya dosai -the dosa tastes super  without urad dall. The healthy sponge dosa is made of fenugreek seeds . We use only less fenugreek seeds. So you dont  need not fear that it may be bitter, its not. Its really  very delicious and melt in you mouth like cotton… So it’s called cotton dosa .
