The Cabbage – Berry Curd Smoothie – “Curd Smoothies Recipe for Summers”

This purple greenish smoothie has very less calories and fat and loaded with high-end fibre and a healthy dose of vitamin C. It is very good for people with bowel problems.



Cabbage (green or purple) : Less than a quarter

Blueberries (frozen) : 1 cup

Strawberries 9frozen) : 1 cup

Banana (ripe and frozen) : 1 no.

Flavored yoghurt (strawberry) : 1 packet

Almond milk : ½ cup

Green tea : 1 cup chilled


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth puree out of it.
  • Put some crushed ice in it.
  • Serve immediately chilled.
