“Curd Smoothies Recipe for Summers” – Summer Pineapple and Cud Smoothie

Rich in flavor and low in fats, this delectable smoothie is rich in protein and almost fulfils
75% of your daily vitamin C allowance.
Fresh Pineapple (diced and frozen) : 1 Cup
Banana : Half
Crushed ice : A handful
Homemade curd or yogurt : 1 Cup
Low-fat or skimmed milk OR coconut milk : Half cup
– Add pineapple, banana, yogurt and ice to blender. Add 1 cup of the milk. Pulse until
mixture is smooth.
– Add more milk about 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
– Add the crushed ice to the mixture.
– Pour into a glass and drink.
