Green cashew Thattai with Riso oil

Rice flour-2cups Roasted urad dal flour-1 table spoon Grind: Handful of cilantro, Little mint, ginger, green chilly, cashews-10 into a fine paste. Sesame seeds-1 table spoon Soaked Chenna dal-2 table spoon Ghee-1 table spoon Salt 1. Mix rice flour, green paste, hing, soaked Chenna, sesame seeds, ghee, salt, and add water. Add as per the dough consistency. 2. Flaten then and pierce with fork and fry in the  Riso oil.
