Small Brinjal filled with Dosai milagai Podi..

Stuffed with garam masala, red chilli powder, salt n little dry Mango powder.. Aamchur powder.
In a kadai added refined oil for Tinda subji n sesame oil.. Nalla Ennai for Brinjal subji.. Close the lid after adding the vegetables.. It will be cooked in about 15 minutes.. Tinda will take more time. I had big Tinda but suggest to go in for small sized ones..
