Nothing could be healthiest way to cook food than poaching and broccoli – the superfood is packed with numerous goodies. A perfect for summer breakfast, try this healthy and nutritious item with your family.

 

Ingredients:

Steamed broccoli : 100gm

Eggs : 4 nos.

Mix seeds (sun flower, sesame and linseed) : 1 tsp

Olive oil : 1tsp

Chili flakes : 1 pinch

 

Cooking Method-

  • Steam broccoli after cutting into pieces. Poach the eggs and keep aside.
  • Simmer tomatoes and make thick puree.
  • Now, divide breads and put egg and broccoli in it and sprinkle with chili flakes, seeds and olive oil.
  • Serve hot.
