Healthy Smoothies Recipe for Summers- Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

 

  • Yoghurt-2 cups
  • Blueberries-2/3 cup(thawed with ice cubes)
  • Chilled ripe banana- 2 no
  • Honey- 4tsp

 

Methods

Place all the ingredients together in a blender and process it until the texture gets smooth. Serve cold.
