two minutes rice readyyyyyyyyyyyy

it’s simple only. It’s my own version. Sauté cumin, mustard, urad dal, cashew, curry leaves, hing, grated ginger, chopped onion. Sauté well. Add one tomato, veggies, turmeric, red chilly, and coriander powder. Add salt, sprinkle water, close the lid. Cook till veggies are tender. Lastly add handful of cilantro and fried paneer. Mix cooked regular rice, Garam Masala or sabji masala powder ( store bought) toss in high flame. Add lemon juice at the end.
