thider pasiku avasaram rice

Boiled and cooled rice 1 cup 
Chopped onion 1
Methikoot powder 1 tsp
Rasam powder 1tsp
Greenchillies 4Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt to taste

For garnishing
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves chopped

For seasoning
Oil 3 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Channa dal 1tsp
Urad dal 1tsp
Cashewnuts 2 tsp
Curry leaves few

Method

Heat ghee and oil. Add mustard seeds, Channa dal, urad dal, cashewnuts, curry leaves, chopped onion, saute. Add green chillies, rasam powder, turmeric powder, methikoot powder, salt. Mix well. Add rice and mix well. Garnish it with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
