Almond-1 cup Jaggery- 3/4th cup Ghee-1/4cup Milk -3/4th cup Cardamom-2 1. Grind almond with skin into a coarse powder along with cardamom . 2.add one table spoon ghee, lightly roast the powdered almond for 3 minuets. 3. Add powdered jaggery. Mix well. 4. Add hot milk to it. Mix well. Gradually add couple of table spoon of ghee. 5. Once it becomes thick, garnish with roasted almonds.
