200 ml Vegetable Oil
1 Chicken Burger Patty, frozen
50 g (3 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Burger
1 Burger Bun, cut horizontally in two halves
1 no. Lettuce Leaf (Green Leafy)
½ medium Onion, sliced
½ small Tomato, sliced
1 no. Fried Egg
- Heat oil in a kadhai (medium flame) and fry burger patty until light brown in color.
- Spread 1 tbsp burger mayonnaise on each half of burger bun.
- On bottom, half of burger bun place lettuce leaf, followed by onion rings, burger patty tomato slices, and fried egg. Add a dollop of mayonnaise on egg. Top it up with other half of the bun. Serve
