“Healthy” is the new mantra. Also the word (healthy) acts as a major factor to attract the crowd. Human race is running at a pace that they forget to think or do the best for themselves. Cooking all three meals at home for consecutive days is hardly possible with the work life we are exposed to. So dining outside is unavoidable. With all the preservatives and artificial colors and chemicals, anything we consume isn’t going to help us by any means.
A balanced life comes out from a proper balance in our food habits, lifestyle, physical activities, etc. As consciousness towards health is taking upper hand, even the restaurants or food joints have started to serve the best to enrich their customer health. Among the healthy food options, salads are handy as it is easy to prepare, eat as well adds less calories. Even with many positives, the one thing a fast-food lover like me hates is the taste.
