Malai kofta

Boil 4 tomatoes , remove skin n puree
Cashew 10 nos make paste
3. Tblsp coconut paste
2tsp ginger paste
Heat oil in kadai add ginger paste n then tomato puree n cashew paste n coconut paste. Add chilli powder ,salt ,dhaniya powder n kasoori methi crushed. Bring it to boil for some time n switch off the flame
Boil mash potato(4) add some cornflour lil chilli powder, salt n dhaniya powder.
Mix grated paneer boiled corn with salt
Take a ball of potato mash flatten n fill in with paneer close . Keep all the balls in freezer for 10 min . Then shallow fry in oil.
Now arrange the koftas in the gravy n garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
