Kalakand

Whole milk-3 litters
Raw Sugar-1/2 cup or more
Lemon juice- 2 tea spoon 
Cardamom powder-2 pinches

1. Boil the milk in medium flame. Reduce into half. Keep stirring.
2. Once it becomes thick, add lemon juice mixed in 2 spoons of water.
3. Milk will curdle and becomes thick. Add sugar. You may use regular sugar too.sugar will melt and becomes thick. Add cardamom powder. Once it becomes thick pour on a greased plate.
4.cool down completely and cut into pieces. Garnish with pistachios.
