soak sabudana for 3 hours
boil 1 potato and smash it to fine texture
in a bowl mix sabudana, smashed potato, green chillies, grated ginger, coriander leaves, 1 tsp besan flour, salt, hing
for deep fry u can make small balls and put it as vada
for shallow fry u can keep it in pan with little oil
your crispy vada cum cutlet ready
p.s everything should be done in medium flame
