Cakeology 2017: hands on workshops, live demos, exhibition and cake-craft competitions

September 01, 2017, Mumbai- India’s leading cake decorating, sugarcraft & baking show now in its 2nd edition promises a bigger & better show this September. Cake enthusiasts, sugar artist, bakers, chocolatiers & chefs must experience this unique event that brings together the latest trends and supplies, cutting edge hands-on-workshops, demos and the famous Cakeology competition live & display. The three day event is scheduled for September 08, 2017 – September 10, 2017 at World Trade Centre, Cuff Parade, Mumbai.


This adage seems to be the rule in CAKE DECORATING tends in India today. In a world where recipes, consumer trends and brands constantly come into existence and go out of vogue in no time, Cakeology 2017 digs into what is most popular currently.   

Cakeology offers 3 special attractions this year, a life size bride & groom wedding cake made with Pettinice from Bakels (Artist – Rose Macefield) , a life size Elephant made using products from Four Clover (Artist – Samie J Ramchandran) and a Live creation of an English Garden made out of buttercream using top of the line ingredients from MB Sugar & Pharmaceuticals Ltd and D’lecta Foods Pvt. Ltd (Artist Valeri and Christina along with Team Buttercream India)
