Carrot and Almond Kheer

Sugar-6 to 8 spoons( or as per your taste)
Saffron- a pinch

1. Soak almond in hot water for 30 minutes. Remove the one or two for garnishing. Chop them as thin slices.
2. Steam chopped carrot. Grind both carrot and almond along with little milk.
3. Boil milk. Then add this paste. Stir well. Once boil comes, add sugar. Let it dissolve. Then add a pinch of saffron and sliced almonds for garnishing. Serve as cold or hot beverage.
