Healthy Soya chunks cutlet.

: A cup of soya chunks (immersed in hot water, drained & ground in mixie or crumbled by hand). Potatoes, peas boiled & mashed(can include any other veggies too). Onions, ginger garlic paste. Turmeric, chilly powder, dhania, jeera & garam masala powders, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves. Powdered aval. Sauté in oil, onions & all veggies along with masalas & prepare a dry sabji. Add the crumbled soya chunks. Shape into cutlets, roll nicely in powdered aval & shallow fry on tava. Note:have to be careful while turning the cutlets as we are using aval instead of bread crumbs, maida-cornflour paste, etc.
