Green chutney..! ( coriander Chutney) one of the easiest chutney we can do in few minutes..!

 

Coriander leaves-2 handful
Coconut -1/2 cup
Ginger- a small piece
Green chilly -2 to 3
Cashew – few
Roasted dal ( potukadalai) – 1 table spoon
Curd -1 tea spoon
Salt- to taste
Mustard -1tea spoon
Hing
Sesame oil-1 table spoon
Red chilly-1
1. In a mixie combine coconut, green chilly, cashew, roasted dal, salt, ginger, curd. Pulse few times. Add water and grind well.
2. Season mustard, hing and one red chilly with sesame oil and pour on top of the chutney. Serve with idly, Dosa, paniyaram or oothappam..!!
