Rice – 1/4 karandi
Jaggery – 1.5 karandi
Almond – 4 or 5
Milk – 1 cup
Elachi, Cashew, dry grapes, ghee
Soak khus khus + rice + almond for 2 hrs. Later grind it into fine paste with 2 tspoon milk.
Dissolve jaggery in water & filter it.
In a pan, heat lil ghee and roast cashews, dry grapes. Keep in a bowl. In the same pan, add lil ghee and to this add the grinded paste. Once it is cooked, add Jaggery syrup, elachi powder. Mix well. After a minute, switch off stove. Now add remaining milk, roasted cashew, dry grapes. Ready to serve
