bombay missal pav

Mixed sprouts (pressure cook)
Heat pan add oil ,finely chopped onions (1onion)

Saute until they turn golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.
Add 1tomato saute until they soft .
Add chilli powder,garam masala powder,kashmiri chilli powder and goda masala.
Saute every well oil begins to separate.
Add cooked sprouts,mix well
Add salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with sev,chopped onions ,coriander leaves, lemon wedges.
With hot pav buns

Cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,bayleaf,white sesame seeds ,coriander seeds,coconut (dry)white &black peppercorns 
Dry roast powder
