Ekadashi menu – No onion garlic – aloo gobi sabji, black channa gravy & peas stuffed chappatis.
Black Channa Gravy
Soak channa overnight & cook it along with a potato. Mash both roughly. Sauté in oil ginger, g.chillies, some tomatoes. Grind it along with some cashews(soaked in water for 10mins).
Sauté in oil jeera, curry leaves. Add the paste and cook. Then add turmeric, chilly & dhaniya powders, channa potato mix and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
instead of aloo you can use kaccha kela also..
